01. ENQUIRY
You reach out via our consultation booking form/Whatsapp/ email. We respond within 1-2 working days to confirm or arrange a suitable and convenient time and date.
02. PRE-CONSULTATION QUESTIONNAIRE
We will send you a pre-consultation questionnaire, so you know what details you'll need for a straight forward and successful consultation.
03. CONSULTATION & SELECTION
Your consultation will take place either virtually or in person (can take up to 1hr). During your consultation we develop a tailored concept with your chosen design template, personailsed signage details and, personal finishing touches.
We'll also:
-Plan layout
-Confirm set up and breakdown times
04. SIGN CONTRACT, DEPOSIT & CONFIRMATION
Post consultation we send you a contract confirming all the details we discussed and finalised in your consultation. Once you're happy to go ahead, we require a 50% deposit.
05. EVENT DELIVERY
On the day of the reception, we will be on-site to style, coordinate, and ensure the styling is delivered exactly as envisioned- ensuring the space feels respectful, personal, and gently welcoming for your guests.
TYPICAL TIMELINE
We can support reception planning with as little as 2 weeks notice.
